Terms and Conditions of Use
These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the CS2CLUB platform, referred to as “CS2CLUB” or the “Platform”. By accessing the Platform for the first time with your Steam account and accepting these Terms, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to them.

1. Acceptance of the Terms
Use of CS2CLUB is conditioned on acceptance of these Terms. On first access, you must expressly agree before using Platform features. Acceptance is recorded electronically.
If these Terms are changed in a way that requires new agreement, CS2CLUB may request acceptance again. Anyone who does not agree with the new version must stop using the features that depend on acceptance of the Terms.
2. Eligibility and minimum age
CS2CLUB is intended exclusively for people aged 18 (eighteen) or older. By using the Platform, you represent that you have legal capacity to accept these Terms.
CS2CLUB may request information or documents to confirm identity and eligibility. If an account belongs to or is used by someone who does not meet the Platform’s requirements, the account may be suspended or closed, subject to applicable law.
3. User account
As a rule, only one account per person is allowed. You are responsible for the security of your Steam account, devices, credentials, and other means used to access CS2CLUB.
Creating or using multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages, bypass limits, exploit promotions, or manipulate Platform systems is prohibited. Accounts tied to fraud, unauthorized automation, exploit of bugs, manipulation, or other abusive practices may be suspended for investigation and, if a violation is confirmed, may face the measures in these Terms and applicable law.
4. Identity verification — KYC
CS2CLUB uses an identity verification process (“KYC”). As an operational rule, KYC is required when you make your first withdrawal/Swap request.
After approval, you do not need to repeat the process on every withdrawal, unless a new verification is needed for legal, regulatory, security, fraud-prevention, or registration-inconsistency reasons.
CS2CLUB may temporarily pause a withdrawal while legitimately necessary information is verified. Providing false, altered, or third-party information may result in refusal of the operation and other appropriate measures.
5. Deposits and balances
Deposits are credited according to the payment method used and the conditions shown to you. Deposited amounts may be subject to a playthrough requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal, as indicated by the Platform.
The deposited amount must be used in eligible features to meet the corresponding requirement. Results from the portion actually used may become eligible for withdrawal even if another portion of the deposit is still pending. Example: if you deposit R$100.00 and use R$40.00, results from those R$40.00 may become eligible without first using the remaining R$60.00.
Promotional balances, bonuses, and rewards may have their own rules, which are disclosed to you. Once balance is used to open a case, play Arena, Upgrade, or consume another feature, the corresponding digital service is considered fully provided and consumed, with no reversal or refund of an already executed operation.
6. Cases
The Platform may offer cases containing different items or skins. When you confirm opening a paid case, the corresponding amount is debited from the applicable balance.
The opening result is determined and recorded by CS2CLUB’s system before the visual animation finishes. The animation represents a result that has already been determined. If the page is then closed, your connection drops, or the browser, computer, or device freezes, interrupting the animation does not cancel the recorded result. The item obtained is credited to your inventory according to that record.
When the Platform uses a verifiable randomness mechanism (Provably Fair, seeds, hashes, or equivalent), you may check randomness and integrity in the verification tool provided.
7. Inventory and item sales
Items you obtain may be stored in your Platform inventory. Unless a mode has a specific rule, you may withdraw the eligible item or sell it to the Platform on the conditions presented.
When you sell an obtained skin, you receive 100% of the value assigned to that skin at the moment it was obtained, unless another condition was expressly presented before the operation. The amount is credited to the corresponding balance. Items may remain in inventory with no general expiry, except in exceptional situations provided in these Terms or required by law.
8. Skin price variation
Skin prices may vary due to the market, availability, stock, and other external factors. To protect against significant swings between obtainment and withdrawal, CS2CLUB may temporarily disable withdrawal of a specific skin when its acquisition cost or reference value has increased by more than 5% compared with the value recorded when you obtained the item.
In that situation, you may keep the item in inventory until it becomes eligible for withdrawal again, or sell it for the value recorded at obtainment, receiving 100% of that amount. A mere drop in market price does not block withdrawal, provided no other restriction applies.
9. Swap and skin withdrawal
Swap lets you use eligible balance to request skins offered by the Platform. The minimum value of a skin requested via Swap is R$5.00. The price shown in Swap is the price of the operation, with no later additional Swap fee, unless a different charge is expressly shown before confirmation.
Deliveries are designed to happen immediately or as soon as technically possible. Security checks, stock shortages, integration failures, Steam restrictions — including trade hold or trade lock, often for 7 days, imposed by Valve/Steam — and other technical events may delay delivery. Those Steam timeframes are outside CS2CLUB’s control.
CS2CLUB uses an operational reference of up to 24 hours to resolve exceptional delivery situations. If delivery ultimately cannot be completed, the corresponding amount is returned to your eligible balance, without prejudice to an equivalent solution you accept. Withdrawal is subject to KYC and the technical conditions needed to transfer the skin.
10. Upgrade
Upgrade lets you use an eligible skin or amount in an attempt to obtain another higher-value item, according to the conditions and probabilities shown before confirmation. Before the attempt, you must have access to the relevant information for the operation.
If the attempt succeeds, the item is credited to inventory. If it fails, you lose the skin or amount used in that attempt in full. After confirmation and a valid system determination of the result, the operation cannot be cancelled merely because the result was unfavorable. When a verifiable randomness mechanism is used, verification is available on the Platform.
11. Arena
Arena is an interactive mode whose result depends on your own participation and performance. The current standard entry is R$9.90; future changes may be shown before you play. Each match has 20 targets, according to Platform rules.
You must hit targets within the corresponding period. A target not hit in time is lost and does not score. Because the mode depends on real-time interaction, problems with your internet, computer, browser, device, or own infrastructure do not automatically void the match. If your connection drops, unhit targets follow the normal Arena rules. There is no automatic refund for a failure attributable to your connection or equipment.
If a failure proven to be attributable to CS2CLUB’s servers or systems prevents Arena from working normally, the affected user is entitled to a new entry after the incident is validated. That new entry is not necessarily a cash refund. Eligible Arena prizes are made available according to the presented mechanics and may be eligible for withdrawal/Swap without an extra playthrough requirement when the mode so provides.
12. Daily and daily cases
CS2CLUB may offer daily cases and rewards to eligible users. To unlock the corresponding daily benefit, you must make an eligible deposit of at least R$20.00, as shown on the Platform. After meeting the requirement, you remain eligible for the daily case for 7 days, according to the current campaign.
Daily cases have a global reset every 24 hours, which may be shown by a countdown or clock on the Platform. Each period’s benefit must be claimed within that period. If it is not claimed before the reset, that period is lost. Unclaimed benefits do not stack from one day to the next.
This does not mean a case already claimed must be opened immediately. When you correctly claim the daily case in the available period, it may go to inventory and remain there for later opening, according to the presented rules.
13. Deposit cases and rewards
CS2CLUB may offer rewards tied to deposits, including cases linked to bands or amounts shown on the Platform. Those rewards may have a global daily reset and must be claimed in the period indicated by the countdown. Rewards not claimed in the period are not automatically carried over.
A correctly claimed reward may remain in inventory for later opening when that option is available. Amounts or items from certain promotional cases, Daily, or deposit rewards may be converted into balance subject to a 1x playthrough (rollover) before becoming eligible for withdrawal. Specific promotion conditions prevail when clearly presented before you take part.
14. Promotions, bonuses, and tickets
CS2CLUB may run promotions and distribute bonuses, cases, tickets, vouchers, and other rewards. Each promotion may have its own eligibility, use, validity, and claim requirements. Promotional benefits are not necessarily immediately eligible for withdrawal.
When there is a playthrough, rollover, expiry, or other relevant condition, it will be disclosed. Benefits obtained through fraud, multiple accounts, manipulation, exploit of bugs, or breach of promotion conditions may be cancelled after review.
15. Operation history
CS2CLUB keeps records of relevant account operations. You may consult the history available in your profile, including, as applicable, case openings, Upgrades, battles, Arena matches, items obtained, and other operations.
Internal server records may be used to investigate discrepancies, technical failures, fraud, and disputes related to Platform operations.
16. Technical failures and disconnections
A visual glitch or interrupted animation does not automatically void an operation whose result has already been validly determined and recorded by the server. For cases, if the backend has already determined the result, it remains valid even if you lose connection before the animation ends. Arena follows the specific rules in its clause.
If a failure is proven to be attributable to CS2CLUB, the Platform will take the measure appropriate to the affected mode, including, where applicable, restoring the operation, refunding the corresponding amount, or granting a new entry.
17. System errors and undue credits
Technical errors, bugs, or system failures do not give you a right to balance, items, or benefits credited in error. If a failure credits balance or an item that does not match the legitimate result, CS2CLUB may correct the record based on available technical logs.
You must not knowingly exploit bugs or failures for advantage. Deliberate exploitation of a vulnerability or error may be treated as a breach of these Terms.
18. Fraud, multi-accounting, and prohibited conduct
It is prohibited to:
- keep multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage;
- use unauthorized bots, scripts, or automation;
- manipulate results or try to interfere with the Platform;
- deliberately exploit bugs or vulnerabilities;
- use a false identity or documents, or those of third parties;
- commit payment-related fraud;
- abuse promotions, bonuses, tickets, or referral systems;
- try to access accounts or systems without authorization;
- use the Platform for unlawful activity.
Well-founded suspicions may result in temporary suspension of the account and withdrawals while the case is reviewed. If fraud or a serious violation is confirmed, CS2CLUB may close the account, cancel benefits obtained irregularly, and take other measures allowed by law.
Any retention, set-off, or loss of funds related to fraud must comply with applicable law and be tied to the established irregularity, and is not authorization for arbitrary confiscation of legitimate funds.
19. Payment disputes and chargebacks
If a deposit is disputed, charged back, suspected of fraud, or subject to an attempted reversal with the gateway or payment method, CS2CLUB may temporarily freeze the account, virtual inventory items, and any pending withdrawals, and suspend related operations, until the dispute is resolved or the contested amount is recovered, as applicable.
A legitimate dispute, such as a duplicate payment or unrecognized operation, will be reviewed according to the circumstances and applicable law. If deliberate abuse of the payment system after using balance or obtaining benefits is confirmed, CS2CLUB may take the steps needed to recover the amounts involved and protect the Platform.
20. Account security
You must keep your Steam account and devices protected. CS2CLUB will not ask you to provide your Steam password directly to the Platform outside applicable official authentication procedures.
You must tell support about any suspected unauthorized access to your CS2CLUB account. Operations carried out before that notice may be reviewed individually according to technical records and the circumstances.
21. Platform availability
CS2CLUB will seek to keep its services available and working, but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, updates, third-party outages, infrastructure failures, or other events outside the Platform’s reasonable control may occur. Certain features may be temporarily suspended when needed for security, maintenance, or bug fixes.
22. Third-party services and platforms
Some features depend on third-party services, including Steam, payment systems, and infrastructure providers. Outages, restrictions, blocks, API changes, trade restrictions, trade hold, trade lock, or other limitations imposed by third parties, including Valve/Steam, may affect certain features. Native Steam trade locks, including those lasting 7 days, are outside CS2CLUB’s control.
If an operation cannot be completed because of those limitations, CS2CLUB will take the applicable steps under these Terms and the law.
23. Changes to the Terms
These Terms may be updated to reflect Platform changes, new features, legal requirements, security, or operational changes. When a change requires new agreement, CS2CLUB will present the Terms again and you must accept them to keep using the corresponding features. The current version remains available on the Platform.
24. Privacy and personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable Brazilian law, including the General Personal Data Protection Law (LGPD). Details on purposes, sharing, storage, data-subject rights, and contact channels are in CS2CLUB’s Privacy Policy.
Data collected for KYC is processed only for legitimate purposes compatible with the operation, security, fraud prevention, and applicable legal obligations.
25. Support and complaints
You may contact the official email channel support@cs2club.com. Requests about operations, failures, withdrawals, or security may require enough information to identify and investigate the occurrence.
These Terms do not limit consumer rights guaranteed by mandatory Brazilian law.
26. Liability and limitations
Each party is liable for the acts legally attributable to it, subject to these Terms and applicable law. CS2CLUB is not liable for failures arising solely from equipment, devices, browsers, systems, internet connection, or other resources under your responsibility, nor for outages, limitations, or changes in third-party services over which it has no direct control, including Steam, payment providers, infrastructure, APIs, skin suppliers, and external services needed for the Platform to work.
A technical failure does not authorize you to knowingly exploit, reproduce, or use that failure for unfair advantage. If an operation was validly processed and recorded by CS2CLUB’s backend, interrupting the animation or visual interface does not, by itself, invalidate the recorded result. If the visual representation differs from the result processed by the server, the operation’s technical records will be reviewed to determine the valid result.
Nothing in these Terms should be read as excluding or limiting liability where that exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
27. Account suspension and closure
CS2CLUB may temporarily suspend an account when there are reasonable indications of:
- fraud;
- use of multiple accounts for unfair advantage;
- unauthorized bots, scripts, or automation;
- deliberate exploit of bugs or vulnerabilities;
- manipulation or attempted manipulation of features;
- use of third-party documents, identity, or payment methods without authorization;
- suspicious or fraudulent payment disputes;
- abuse of promotions, bonuses, cases, vouchers, tickets, or rewards;
- attempts to bypass KYC, withdrawal, eligibility, or balance-use requirements;
- unlawful activity;
- serious breach of these Terms.
During a security investigation, CS2CLUB may temporarily restrict withdrawals, Swap, or other operations needed to preserve the account and the Platform. Whenever reasonably possible, the suspension lasts only as long as needed for review. If the irregularity is not confirmed, restrictions applied solely because of the investigation must be lifted.
If fraud, manipulation, or another serious violation is confirmed, CS2CLUB may permanently close the account and cancel benefits, credits, or winnings obtained directly through the irregular conduct. Amounts proven to relate to fraud, abuse, exploit, or harm to the Platform may be blocked, set off, or reversed to the extent permitted by law. This clause does not authorize arbitrary confiscation of legitimate funds unrelated to the breach.
CS2CLUB may retain technical records and information needed for investigation, defense of rights, fraud prevention, and legal obligations, subject to data-protection law.
28. Responsible play and conscious use
Features that involve a risk of loss must be used consciously and responsibly. You acknowledge that certain features have uncertain results and that you may receive items or amounts worth less than what you used, or lose the amount or item in full when that is the mode’s previously presented rule. Past results are not a guarantee of future results.
You must not treat use of the Platform as an investment, a guaranteed income source, or a safe way to make a profit. The Platform operates solely with virtual goods, including skins and digital items, for entertainment and Counter-Strike 2 personalization. Balances and credits on the Platform are not national currency, a bank deposit account, a financial product, or an investment.
You are responsible for deciding how much to use within your own financial circumstances. CS2CLUB may offer safety mechanisms, limits, or restrictions when required by law or considered necessary to protect you and the Platform. Use of the Platform by anyone under 18 is expressly prohibited.
29. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are interpreted under the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without prejudice to any mandatory rules that may apply. Whenever possible, questions or disputes should first be resolved through the Platform’s official support channels. Nothing here limits non-waivable rights guaranteed by Brazilian law.
For disputes that cannot be resolved amicably, the courts of the District of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, are indicated, except for a different venue guaranteed to the consumer by mandatory law.
30. Final provisions
These Terms are the general rules for using CS2CLUB, without prejudice to specific rules presented for particular features, campaigns, or promotions. When a feature has specific conditions presented in an accessible way, those conditions form part of the rules for that use.
If any provision is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay valid to the maximum extent permitted. Tolerance of a breach does not permanently waive the right to require compliance later.
By selecting that you have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions of Use, you electronically agree to the version presented. The electronic acceptance record may include technical information needed to prove the accepted version, date, time, and other relevant records, subject to data-protection law. You represent that you had the opportunity to access and read these Terms before agreeing.
